Eligibility for Exchange

  • The product must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The exchange policy is applicable only on regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Non-exchangeable items: Perishable goods, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a confirmation if your product meets the exchange criteria.
  3. Return the Product: Once your exchange request is approved, ship the product back to the following address:
    • Head office: D. No: 6-2-35, 3rd floor, Sai Kidambi Towers, 2/1 Arundelpet.
  4. Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item(s) at no extra shipping charge (only for items of equal or lesser value).

Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Items will be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value.
  • If the product you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you whether the return is approved or not based on the eligibility criteria.
  3. Return Shipment: If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) to our address:

  4. Return Processed: After receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will process the return either as store credit or refund (depending on your preference).

Conditions for Return

  • Refunds will be processed only if the product is deemed eligible and is returned within the required time frame.
  • Store credits can be issued for items that do not meet the criteria for a direct refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

  • If the product you received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We will arrange for a free return shipping and either replace or refund the product.
